Your existing medical history, previous treatment, test results and relevant documents are organised and reviewed to understand what information is already available and what may still be needed. Where appropriate, additional medical information, investigations or specialist input may be requested before the next step is determined.

One person helps connect the entire journey.

You are assigned a GINKGO coordinator who becomes your primary point of contact. Your coordinator helps organise communication, documentation, appointments and practical steps and keeps the different participants in your journey connected.

Because international care should not be limited by language, GINKGO can coordinate communication and support across languages throughout the journey.

We help define the next appropriate pathway.

Based on your situation and available medical information, we help structure the possible next steps. Depending on the case, this may involve IVF with own or donor reproductive cells, fertility preservation, donor programmes, reproductive surgery, reproductive genetics and PGT, fertility diagnostics, second opinion, ovarian or endometrial regenerative approaches, Women’s Health, Longevity & Prevention, or another relevant medical pathway.

When different jurisdictions offer different legally available options, GINKGO can also help identify where a particular pathway may be available and coordinate the next steps accordingly.

Where external medical care is required, we identify suitable providers within our selected international medical network according to the needs of the individual case.

GINKGO partners are subject to a structured selection and due diligence process before entering the network and to ongoing monitoring and periodic reassessment thereafter. The objective is not to offer the largest number of providers. It is to build a network we can work with responsibly.

Depending on your journey, this may include medical documentation and translations, communication with the selected provider, consultations, testing, treatment dates, medication-related coordination, documentation required by the clinic, and preparation before travel or treatment.

When parts of the pathway can be completed locally, we may also coordinate diagnostics or preparation closer to home.

When treatment crosses borders, we coordinate beyond the clinic.

For international journeys, GINKGO can support the practical organisation surrounding medical care. Depending on your needs, this may include appointment scheduling, treatment itinerary coordination, travel planning support, accommodation coordination, local transportation, language assistance and communication during your stay.

Where several countries or providers are involved, we help keep the pathway connected.

We remain your point of contact.

Your coordinator remains available throughout the active stage of your journey to help with communication, organisation and unexpected practical questions.

If the medical plan changes, we help coordinate the updated next steps with the relevant providers. You are not handed over and left to navigate the process alone once treatment begins.

The journey does not necessarily end when you return home.

Where follow-up is required, GINKGO can help coordinate the next stage of care. This may include follow-up consultations, results, communication between medical teams, further diagnostics, monitoring or planning the next treatment stage.
